• Payment processing for multiple cryptocurrencies
• Non-custodial HD wallet technology
• Payment links, invoices, and POS terminals
• Dashboard analytics and reporting
• API and webhook integrations

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Fees and Payments

2pay.to charges fees for its services as described on our pricing page:

• Free tier: 2.5% transaction fee
• Lifetime tier: One-time $99 payment, 0% transaction fees
• Volume discounts may apply based on transaction volume

Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or transactions
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sale of prohibited goods or services
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Transmission of malware or harmful code
• Unauthorized access to our systems

7. Non-Custodial Service

2pay.to is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds. You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet seed phrase and private keys
• Managing your cryptocurrency holdings
• Any losses due to lost or compromised credentials

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by 2pay.to and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2pay.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Service
• Third-party conduct or content
• Cryptocurrency price volatility

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2pay.to and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity
• Risk to the Service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If unresolved, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2pay.to operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
